What is your return policy?
Startas can be returned within 21 days of the purchase date for a refund. All items shipped via our standard Ground shipping option will be fully refunded. Expedited orders, that is orders shipped Fedex Two-Day or Next Day, are not eligible for full shipping refunds. For expedited orders, you will only be refunded the cost of your item + $6 for shipping costs. See shipping and returns for more return and exchange details.
Do you have a customer service phone number?
At this time, our customer service operates only via e-mail. This allows us to better collect information and prioritize our customer inquiries. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com or go to our contact page here if you have any questions regarding your shopping experience. We promise a speedy response.
Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?
We will make every effort to cancel or modify your order before it ships. If you've asked for ground shipping and contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed, we will be able to make that change. However, if you've requested expedited shipping (e.g. 2-day Fedex), it's highly likely that your order will have shipped before we were able to make the change. We will try our best to catch your order before it goes out, but don't dally.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on how quickly you'd like to receive your Startas. See shipping and returns for rates.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address?
Yes, we currently ship to all US Military locations around the world via their APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
What happens if my order gets sent back by the USPS?
You are ultimately responsible for the shipping information you provide to us. If your shipping information is incorrect or if you package is returned to our warehouse due to an error on the receiving end, your order will be restocked and your purchasing credit card will be refunded minus a $10 return and restocking fee.
I'm so excited to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email providing you with shipping confirmation and a USPS tracking number. Feel free to check that tracking # as often as you like, although we find that it won’t actually help your order get to you any faster.
