WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the entire United States and all US Military locations around the world via their APO, FPO & DPO addresses.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100. For orders totaling less than $100, shipping rates are as follows:

*Two Day and Next Day expedited rates are determined at checkout. Expedited orders must be received by 1PM (EST) Monday-Friday to ship out same day. Orders placed after that time will ship out the following business day. Two Day orders placed on Friday before 1PM will not arrive until the following Monday.
Startas can be returned within 21 days of the purchase date for a refund. All items shipped via our standard Ground shipping option will be fully refunded. Expedited orders, that is orders shipped Fedex Two-Day or Next Day, are not eligible for full shipping refunds. For expedited orders, you will only be refunded the cost of your item + $6 for shipping costs. See shipping and returns for more details.
Once your return is received and processed, we will refund the form of payment used for the purchase. Your refund will show up on your credit card statement within 5-10 days of your return being processed.
Unfortunately, our system is not set up to accept exchanges. If you want another item or size, simply follow the return instructions. Once your order has been received and restocked at our warehouse, your purchasing credit card will be refunded. In the meantime, you can place an order for the pair of Startas you wanted and they will ship according whatever shipping method you choose.
THE RETURNS PROCESS
If you'd like to return your Startas for a refund, or exchange them, please contact us here and place 'returns' in the subject of your email. We will respond to you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Sneaker rubber scuffs easily on any hard surface, so always try on sneakers on carpet to prevent the sneaker from looking worn. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, in order to receive your complete refund. If there is an issue with your return, we will notify you via email.
If you receive an item that is damaged, or you have quality concerns, please contact us within 21 days of your purchase and we’ll straighten it out for you.
